Yeah these lyrics hit me in the heart I was listening to this song the other day and changed my life for the better and I’m continuing to do just that and keep being me my mental health has gone very well excellent this week I’m more motivated keeping it up on my music my dreams and my passions staying in control on my life and music is still my therapeutic therapy tool every week guys thanks for supporting me and being there for me it’s such an honor in my life thank you for being there by my side for support you guys are awesome thanks for taking over my late grandparents spot for me my life has been really difficult last year after my grandparents died but you came to my life and lifted my heart my soul my spirit for me thanks your support means a lot to me my family love you guys 🫂😁

Yeah mental health is definitely no joke to be honest dude yeah like I said before mental health takes patience and strength and power you know I’ve been there when I had the Covid back in 2020 I did had mental health a lot back then it was difficult but music is the therapy out there that helped me stay happy focus on my dreams and keep being me and believing in myself yeah as a survivor of mental health I am music is always been my whole therapeutic experience in my life in 8 years and yeah this song helped me to let go of the past pain and move forward on my music career and my life and my family as well I’m not alone but I’m continuing to lift my happiness day love you 🥰
